Payment Policy

Payment is expected at time of service. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check or credit/debit card. At this time, third-party insurance is not accepted however a super bill can be provided allowing you to request reimbursement from your insurance provider if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be charged a $100 fee unless in the case of an emergency as determined by the provider.
